How We Get a Car Out
If there is room, we bring a short wheel-lift unit to the car. When the ceiling is too low even for that, we use wheel dollies or skates to roll the car to a level where our flatbed can load it. Our winch lines can pull a car up a ramp when it will not drive. Once the car reaches the street, it goes on the deck as a normal Flatbed Towing job.

Some buildings need a work order or a staff member on site before a tow truck enters. Tell your concierge or manager that a tow is coming. We can talk to them directly to confirm the time and the route out.
