By booking a tow or roadside service, you confirm you own the vehicle or have the owner's permission to have it moved or serviced.
Quotes and Payment
We give a quote before dispatch based on the information you provide. The final price may change if the job differs from what was described, for example a different location, extra wait time or extra equipment. We will tell you before any change.
Your Vehicle
Please remove valuables before service. We note visible damage before loading. Tell us about any known issues, modifications or low clearance.
Limits
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures unrelated to our service, or items left in the vehicle.
Cancellations
If you cancel after a truck has been sent, a trip fee may apply. Ask dispatch for details.
